Who we are

Pearl Mobile Detailing is operated by Austin Ocampo, doing business as Pearl Wind, Long Beach, California. We arrange and manage the work; it is performed by insured, vetted independent professionals.

Prices

The price shown for the service you choose is the price you pay, plus any add-on you approve by text before it is done. Work outside the package is never added without your written yes.

Card hold and charging

When you book, your card is saved through Stripe and nothing is charged. Your card is charged for the booked price and any approved add-ons only after the after photos are sent to you. A receipt is texted to you.

Cancelling and no-shows

Cancel free up to 24 hours before your window by replying CANCEL to our text or calling us. Cancelling inside 24 hours, or a no-show after the professional arrives, is a $25 trip fee charged to the saved card.

Access

You are responsible for making the car, boat, or home reachable at the booked window. If we cannot get access after reasonable attempts, the trip fee applies.

Our guarantee

If anything about the work is not right, tell us within 48 hours with a photo. We send the professional back at no cost or adjust the charge.

Damage

Every professional we send carries liability insurance. Report any damage to us within 48 hours with photos and we coordinate the claim with the professional's insurer. Pre-existing damage documented in the before photos is excluded.

Limits

Our responsibility for any job is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for items left in vehicles, boats, or homes, or for delays caused by weather, access, or marina and building rules.

Booking means you agree to receive booking-related text messages. Reply STOP to opt out. See our privacy page.

Law

California law applies. Disputes are handled in Los Angeles County.
