Ask whether they carry general liability and garagekeepers coverage. Garagekeepers is the policy that covers your car while it is in their care. Every vendor Pearl sends carries both, and Pearl is named on the policy.
Ask how they handle water in a garage. If the answer is a pressure washer, your building manager will not be happy. The right answer is a rinseless wash.
Ask when your card is charged. Pearl saves your card at booking and charges it only after the after photos are in your texts.
