  1. Text us what you have and where it is. The car, the package, the cross streets or the basin. No form, no call.
  2. You get the exact price and a two-hour window back. Prices are the ones on this site. Nothing changes on site.
  3. Save a card with Apple Pay or Google Pay. One tap. Nothing is charged.
  4. The pro texts when they are on the way and sends before photos. If anything beyond the package is needed, you get a written price by text first and say yes or no.
  5. After photos land in your texts. Then, and only then, your card is charged. Not right, tell us within 48 hours and we come back at no cost.

Do you need water or power from me?

No. The vendor brings water and power. In a parking garage the wash is rinseless, so there is no hose and no runoff.

How long does it take?

About two hours for a sedan, closer to two and a half for a large SUV with a lot of interior.

When is my card charged?

After the vendor sends the after photos and you have seen them. Never before.
