Almost every Irvine village is a gated or HOA community, so the detailer needs a visitor pass or a gate code, which you text us the morning of. Spectrum and the Jamboree office parks are parking structures, where the wash is rinseless, no hose and no runoff. Woodbridge, Northwood, and Turtle Rock are driveways where a normal hand wash is fine, and the HOA rules on water are not a problem with a bucket and a mitt.
